Shipping & Delivery Policy
We strive to ensure that all orders are delivered efficiently and safely.
Primary Courier: We make use of Fastway Couriers for deliveries within serviced areas.
Outlying & Remote Areas: For outlying or remote locations, deliveries may be fulfilled via PUDO or The Courier Guy, depending on accessibility and service availability.
Should your delivery address fall outside of Fastway’s service area, we will contact you directly to confirm the most suitable courier option and ensure the delivery method meets your expectations.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and the courier service used. While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

SA counter to counter
Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
Undeliverable packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. Should this event take place, every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-posting.
Order processing
If an order is placed on a public holiday or weekend, delivery times may take longer. Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.
